John Jakobsson
After spending two years with the Swedish Armed Forces, John began a degree in Warwick in 2008 and quickly established his leadership skills as President of Warwick Investment Club in 2009. As Chairman of WFS, John oversaw all areas of the organisation and ensured the societies worked in harmony with each other. John completed a summer internship with RBS in 2010 and will be returning to the firm as an analyst in 2011.


Honorary Co-Founders of WFS
Nikesh Parmer and Mo Albazaz
Both graduated in 2010 Nikesh was the president of WBF and Mo the president and co-founder of Warwick Investment Club. In 2009, they came up with the idea of WFS, a platform whereby different finance societies could work together, and the membership process for members could be simplified by just having one united membership system (WFS). Through their leadership, WFS quickly grew to be the biggest organisation on campus. Nikesh began an analyst stint as a Credit Trader in Barclays Capital in 2010. Mo is currently pursuing opportunities in the Asia region and is currently working for an Asset Management firm in Shanghai.
